Privacy policy

Budz TD, by XSV Development. Effective October 8, 2026.

The short version: Budz TD doesn't collect, store or share any personal data. It has no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no account.

What stays on your device

Your progress (unlocked rooms and strains, medals, settings, the game you're in the middle of) is saved in the app's own storage on your phone. It never leaves the device. We can't see it, and uninstalling the app deletes it.

The one network request

When the main menu opens, the app downloads a small file, https://budz.xcessv.com/version.json, to see whether a newer version is out. The request carries nothing about you: no identifier, no account and no game data. If you're offline, the game plays as normal.

Like any website, the server that hosts this file (Netlify, Inc.) may briefly keep standard request logs, such as the IP address, time and app version, to run and secure the service. We don't use those logs to identify or track anyone, and we don't combine them with anything else. See Netlify's privacy policy.

What we don't do

• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics or crash-reporting services.
• No in-app purchases, accounts or sign-in.
• No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
• Nothing sold or shared with third parties.

Store purchases

You buy Budz TD through the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle the payment under their own privacy policies, and we don't receive your payment details.

Adults only

Budz TD is meant for adults (18+) and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone, children included.

This website

budz.xcessv.com uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. The host's standard logs (above) apply.

Changes and contact
